The Legua Aromatic Apple Tree Woodchips are manufactured to give a gourmet kitchen experience. These emit an aromatic smoke of sweet, fruity flavor that infuses the food. It needs to be moistened for 20 minutes before use and then put directly in charcoal, gas barbecue or an oven. The smoke coats the food for a tasty flavor. It is best used with fish, seafood, vegetables, white poultry and soft meats. The unique flavor imparted by these woodchips level up the barbeque experience.
