[message]As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition with all original tags, the packaging you can return it within 15 calendar days from the date of the delivery. Return pickup will be arranged within 2 to 3 working days from your given address and a pickup service charge of AED 30 will be applicable OR you can return the products in any of our stores along with the order details only between Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Refund or Exchange is not applicable in any of our stores.

What form of refund can I get?
After the quality check of the product and if it meets the return & refund policy terms. We will process your refund to the original payment mode OR store credit. It will take a minimum of 5-7 business days to credit in your bank account or debit/credit card.
What if I receive an item with manufacturing defect?
If you have a complaint about your product or if it has any defect, damaged or missing parts, you may call our customer service and we will resolve it for you.
If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect by our product experts and technical team, we will repair it or issue a replacement. If the item has a missing part, we will provide the missing part.
If you decide not to have a replacement, and the return request was received within 15 days from the date of delivery, we will issue the refund to your original payment mode.
If the item is working and is proven to be not faulty or damaged or requires proper configuration or assembly we will return the item back to you.
How long does it take for the whole return and exchange process to be completed?
We usually collect items within 2-3 business days from the date of your request. The delivery of replacement will also take 2-3 working days after the evaluation.
What delivery destinations does the Homesmiths return policy apply to?
Our return policy is applicable to items delivered within the United Arab Emirates only. We will not be able to process any kind of return/exchange/refund for the items shipped to any other destinations.
What about the peak seasons?
Please note that Homesmiths will not be able to accept any kind of returns during the month of Ramadan and Christmas until and unless the product has a manufacturing defect or missing parts. None of the online orders will be accepted in any of Homesmiths outlets. Kindly contact customer support for the return request.
We will process the refund once we received the product at Homesmiths warehouse. The refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
