Marabu Decoration & Hobby Flat Brush Gr.40, is made with fine quality synthetic bristles that are as soft and high quality as natural hair. They are densely packed together to offer you a full coverage application with soft smooth brushstrokes nearly invisible to the eye. The bristles are held in place with a solid, rust proof, stainless metal ferrule. This is the metal strip between the handle and the bristles. The wooden handle has a curve that offers a comfortable and secure grip while painting. Use for even painting for primers, varnishes, gloss, base painting, white washing, wall painting and interior design for art sculptures, furniture, cabinets and more. Other materials include ceramic, stone, wood, metal, glass, canvas and paper. Marabu Decoration & Hobby Flat Brush Gr.40 is highly efficient for interior decorations. They can be used to make a variety of textures for wall painting. A lot of wall designs are done by hand with brushes, not all of them are wall paper. Flat brushes are particularly used for textured painting. Drop a nice, thick creamy paint onto a large palette and scoop it up with your flat brush. While the paint is wet, run it under a tap scrubbing off the excess paint gently, concentrating on the area by the ferrule which accumulates paint the most. This is if you choose to use acrylic, chalk or water paints use water with a littler detergent if the paint is stubborn. For oils and varnish use a special cleaning agent or solvent. When the paint is gone, manipulate the bristles to resemble the original shape of the bristles and leave to dry.
