Ooni G2 Gas Technology delivers even heat across the oven for one-turn pizza cooking and maximum ease of use. Digital temperature hub provides instant oven temperature readings so you know exactly when to launch your pizzas.
Cooks pizza in as little as 60 seconds. Reaches a top temperature of 500 °C (950 °F) and ready to cook in 30 minutes at 400 °C (750 °F)

Note: The gas regulator and hose are not included in the box. It requires low pressure 30 mbar gas regulator and 8-10 mm hose that can be easily supplied by a gas supplier or gas station.
